Simo and Krista founded Tidy Vibe in 2015 while working as housekeepers for a local organization. During that time, we experienced firsthand the lack of care, fair wages, and intentional support within the industry. We recognized that cleaning work requires not only a specialized skill set but also a level of flexibility, adaptability, and care rarely acknowledged in traditional employment settings.
That realization sparked a vision — to create a different kind of cleaning company in the South Sound. One that not only delivers exceptional service but also uplifts its cleaners, supports its clients, and strengthens the broader community.
